Free to Be Free

Jesus paid a high price for us to be free. We can have freedom from sin, sickness and death because Jesus made a way. We need to see ourselves redeemed the way Jesus truly redeemed us. As we line ourselves up with what He has done, we find we are forgiven, we are healed, and we are alive with the life of Christ!
It is so important that we don’t play tennis with guilt, shame and condemnation for past sins. We cannot receive forgiveness from sin, then take them back and feel guilty all over again, hoping for Jesus to forgive us once more. This is not healthy; this is torment, and it is not in the plan of the wholeness of redemption.
Jesus can bring you to freedom, but you must remove a prisoner’s mindset, or you will experience continued confinement leading to condemnation. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you change your mind.
Jesus forgave us so we ought to forgive ourselves. Allowing ourselves to be forgiven and redeemed means we are forgiven in our thought lives as well. Settle on the cleansing and peace of forgiveness.

Romans 8:1 NKJV
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
Galatians 5:1 NKJV
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

In Jesus Christ, the sentence has been fulfilled, the bars have been removed and the pardon has been granted. YOU ARE FREE!
